Imagine if your breakfast came right from the backyard homestead? With the help of some livestock, that dream could easily become a reality. We start every day milking the goats, on our way back from the milking parlor, swing by the coop for some fresh chicken, duck and quail eggs. Throw in some homemade bread and Jam and I am able to serve my family a breakfast for champions.
Animals are an important part of our homestead.
We are expecting moms to deliver starting April, 2024. Check back with us if you are interested in adding these darling kids to your home.
Our adorable yet spirited little princess adores everyone and relishes giving kisses, though she certainly has much to say. She became our first puppy when we established our homestead in 2017.
Buddy arrived at our homestead as a stray. He roamed the neighborhood for weeks until he ended up on our property and found his forever home.
Meet the Terror-Bros! Them two are something else.. full of energy non-stop!! The boys certainly bring a lot of joy with their antics. Now, we need to teach them that chickens aren't fond of playing tag and that attempting to eat Molly is not acceptable!
While picking up a box of pears for the goats, we encountered a litter of puppies. As animal lovers, we couldn't resist adopting one. And so, we welcome Sparkles to our home! Samuel chose her name to reflect the star-like pattern
Maximus the Great became a member of the homestead family just before Christmas 2020. He's a spirited little fellow who often finds himself in a heap of mischief. His brother Michael joined him a year later. Together, they embarked on numerous adventures and, regrettably, often found themselves in trouble.
Fae is the charming fool of our Homestead, ever so goofy and always eager for cuddles from anyone.
Delight in the variety of goat breeds wandering our pastures. They're all amiable and fond of treats. Is your snack cup prepared?
A few of them are roaming around the Homestead. You might spot them near the gazebo or inside the barn. Can you locate them all? *pictured is Freyja
