Imagine if your breakfast came right from the backyard homestead? With the help of some livestock, that dream could easily become a reality. We start every day milking the goats, on our way back from the milking parlor, swing by the coop for some fresh chicken, duck and quail eggs. Throw in some homemade bread and Jam and I am able to serve my family a breakfast for champions.
Animals are an important part of our homestead.

We are expecting moms to deliver starting April, 2022. Check back with us if you are interested in adding these darling kids to your home.

Our loveable but feisty little princess. She loves everyone and loves kisses but sure has a lot to tell. She was our first puppy since we started the homestead in 2017.

Buddy came to our Homestead as a Stray. He wandered the neighborhood for weeks before he end up on our property and found his furever home.

Meet the Terror-Bros! Them two are something else.. full of energy non-stop!! … well unless they are having snuggle time with "Foster" Momma and Daddy Heidi and Buddy. The boys sure bring a lot of laughs to our faces. Now we just have to teach them that chickens don't like to play tag and trying to eat Molly is not Okay!

On our way to pick up a box of pears for the goats, we met a litter of puppies. Us being animal lovers we had to give one of them a home. So here she is... meet Sparkles! Samuel named her after the sparkling stars in the night sky since he says she has the same patterns.

Maximus the great joined the homestead family right before Christmas 2020. He is a spunky little guy and gets into lots of trouble. His brother Michael joined a year later. Together they get into lots of adventures and trouble unfortunately.

Our Newfoundland Girl and future wifey of Groot

Daughter of Jewel and Jasper.

Bluebell sure is a character. Stubborn, Straight-forward and very Goal oriented. She sees the snacks, she wants the snacks, she will get the snacks.. one way or another!
Since we have over 100+ chickens in several breeds we created an additional page which shows more detailed information. Click here
