On Your Party Day

Guests may bring prepared food, ice and beverages to the party gazebo.

Hosts can arrive 30 minutes early to set up.

* For a fee we can provide a cake or cupcakes for your event as well. let us know at least 14 days in advance!

Party Rules + Regulations

For the safety of our animals, balloons must stay in the birthday party gazebo at all times.

Put all waste and trash in the proper disposal drums.

Prohibited at the Farmstead

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at the Homestead, including in parking lots and drives.

Motorized vehicles are not allowed except mobility scooters and wheelchairs.

Weapons of any kind are not allowed.

Bikes, skateboards and roller skates are not allowed anywhere in the Homestead.

Fires, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited. Birthday party candles are allowed.

No grill or electricity is available in the gazebo.

Cancellations 

Requests for party gazebo refunds must be received at least 14 days in advance of the rental date. All refunds are equal to the total amount paid, less a $20 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is based upon availability and is subject to a $10 change fee.

The Homestead supervisor may cancel party gazebo reservation due to inclement weather. The Homestead will post closing or cancellation information on the Facebook page, In the event the Homestead cancels your party gazebo reservation due to inclement weather, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule (based upon availability) or receive a full refund.

If your group decides to cancel a party because of weather and the Homestead is open, the reservation cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
